        The HA005-4X-10/16Q Pressure Differential Principle Check Valve is a patented product independently developed by our company.
        The product is used at the cross-connection point between domestic drinking water and non-drinking water pipelines to prevent the backflow contamination of the medium.

2. Technical Parameters

        1)The opening and closing of the main valve in the pressure differential principle check valve.
        When the pressure differential principle check valve supplies water downstream, the gate valve at the outlet opens, and the water in the middle chamber flows downstream through the outlet. The pressure P2 also decreases. At this point, the left side pressure P1 of the elbow piston overcomes the pressure of the spring on the right side (PZh), pushing the piston to move to the right side as shown in the diagram, and simultaneously opening the main valve with the quick-opening valve disc. At this moment, the inlet valve has to overcome the additional loss of the spring. The medium flows from the outer sides of the valve disc to the middle chamber and supplies water downstream. As the flow rate increases, P2 continues to decrease, and the piston continues to move to the right until the main valve is fully open.
        When water supply downstream is not required, the water supply valve at the outlet will be closed. During this process, the pressure in the middle chamber will rise, pushing the piston to move to the left side as shown in circle 3 until fully closed.
        2)The opening and closing of the pressure differential principle check valve's drain valve.
        According to the national standard: "When P1-P2 is 14 KPa, the drain valve should automatically open for drainage. When the pressure difference P1-P2 continuously decreases, the drain valve should continue draining until the drain valve is fully open, making the middle chamber empty, and forming an air gap between the inlet chamber and the middle chamber.
Due to the drainage from the drain valve, P2 decreases. When P1-P2 is less than 14 KPa, the drain valve automatically closes, effectively preventing the backflow of the medium.
        If, under the mentioned conditions, P1 continues to decrease, the drain valve will continuously open until it is fully open, emptying the water from the middle chamber, turning it into an empty space. This achieves an air gap between the inlet chamber and the middle chamber, preventing any backflow from the middle chamber to the inlet chamber under any operating conditions.
