Master control is elegantly executed via the electromagnetic valve, which orchestrates the piston in the dual control chambers through a well-designed control circuit. Whether propelled by compressed air or the unwavering force of pressurized clean water, the operating pressure P is adeptly adjustable, ranging between 0.2 MPa and 1.0 MPa.
The core essence of this control principle is as follows:
In its natural state, when the electromagnetic valve is de-energized, the drain valve remains securely closed. During this phase, the upper control chamber of the drain valve piston is seamlessly linked to the pressure driving source while remaining isolated from the atmosphere, and the lower control chamber enjoys atmospheric connection. Conversely, energizing the electromagnetic valve transitions the drain valve to an open state, toggling the lower control chamber to connect with the pressure driving source, while the upper chamber opens to the atmosphere.
A sophisticated two-position five-way solenoid valve offers precise control over a group of drain valves. Utilizing compressed air as the driving source, this method enables the synchronized operation of multiple drain valves, enhancing operational efficiency and reliability.
4.Installation and Debugging

Upon installation, embark on a thorough debugging process. Vigilantly verify that all pipeline installations are executed with precision and are free from leaks. During operational testing, it is crucial to confirm that when the electromagnetic valve is de-energized, the drain valve is fully closed and leak-free, and upon energization, it transitions seamlessly to a fully open state.
5.Maintenance and Care.
As long as you steer clear of artificial damage and freezing, frequent maintenance becomes a rarity. Should disassembly and maintenance become necessary, the process is straightforward: simply loosen the fastening bolts between the cylinder and the valve body. Utilizing the two thoughtfully designed lifting screw holes on the cylinder flange, elevate the cylinder and valve body effortlessly, allowing for comprehensive maintenance operations.
During routine maintenance, consistently inspect the lubrication status of the piston. A delicate layer of clean lubricating oil on the friction surface of the piston is recommended for optimal performance.
