The company's newly produced digital locking balancing valve is an innovative energy-saving valve with special features. With an opening digital display and a digital locking device, the valve can be intuitively adjusted to any position, along with a small pressure measuring valve for flow measurement.
This valve is mainly used in industrial and civil building heating pipe network systems. It has good flow characteristics. It can be used to accurately adjust the pressure drop and flow rate, reasonably distribute the flow rate, and achieve flow quantification. It can effectively solve the problem of uneven heating and cooling at room temperature in the heating (air conditioning) system. As long as digital locking balancing valves of appropriate specifications are installed in each branch and user entrance, and locked after one-time debugging with a dedicated intelligent instrument, the total water volume of the system can be controlled within a reasonable range, thereby overcoming the problem of "large flow, small temperature difference" unreasonable phenomenon.

3. How to use
Use method structure adopts slash, dark lift. Composed of valve body, valve cover,valve plug, hand wheel, digital display, locking device and test valve, novel structure,flexible operation, good sealing, its use method is as follows:
The digital display window of the valve is on the handwheel, the number of the dial is aligned with the digital display window, which is the decimal number of each circle (the circular disk on the handwheel is the dial), the digital display window is 2 side by side, the number of turns shown above is open, such as DN50 valve, when the digital display window displays 1, the number 0 on the dial can be read as 2 circles; When the 0 above the dial is aligned with the 0 in the digital display window, the valve is fully closed.
When the valve is locked, insert the key (special) (locking device) into the bolt on the side and tighten it clockwise to lock; Turn counterclockwise to open.
The small valves at both ends of the valve inlet and outlet are used for connecting the tester.
4.Features and Settings
The figure on the up shows the flow characteristic curve of the valve. The valve with equal percentage characteristic produced by our company has an equal rate of change of the opening. The rate of change of the flow is equal, which is characterized by a large opening is a large flow, and the flow is small when the opening is small, and the engineering people are applied when the flow is large, and the equal percentage valve is consistent with the requirements. According to this feature, a certain flow rate can be set as white (the linear valve of the fast opening valve does not have this function) and when the need to change is, it can also know the change amount to achieve the ideal state.
The method of setting the balance valve for the first time according to the given pressure difference (preset 2.3 turn opening) is as follows:
1)Close the valve completely (see Figure 1).
2)Open the valve to 2.3 turns (see Figure 2).
3)With the hex wrench, tighten the side locking device clockwise.
4)Valve setting is complete.
How to check the preset value: First close the valve, then turn the handwheel until it stops. Turn the handwheel until it stops. At this point, the reading is the preset value (2.3 cycles in this example, see Figure 2).

7.Installation
1)Before and after the static balancing valve, ensure that the branch pipe section of sufficient length is installed to ensure the rated output of the flow;
2)The installation position of the static balance valve should be checked according to the drawing. It is recommended to install the static balance valve on the HVAC system return pipe.
3)The static balance valve should be cleaned before installation, and it is strictly prohibited to leave welding slag, branches, stones and other debris in the pipeline to avoid damage to the valve;
4)The welding of the static pipe flange cannot cause excessive deformation, and the welding Angle does not affect the flatness of the sealing surface;
5)After the static balance valve is installed, the valve should be fully opened so that the pipelines can be flushed repeatedly until they are dry. It is strictly Materialprohibited to close the valve repeatedly during pipeline flushing to avoid damage.
