3.Operating Principle
The exhaust valve is strategically positioned atop the highest point along the pipeline's longitudinal axis. When air infiltrates the pipe, it initially congregates within this expertly designed exhaust valve.
1)During the vital phase of water filling in an empty pipeline: As air graces the inside of the pipe, the float and the lifting hood succumb only to gravity, devoid of buoyancy. Consequently, they gently settle at the bottom of the float hood on the cushion. Under the water's assertive pressure, the entrapped air is swiftly expelled to the atmosphere through the ingeniously crafted window of the float hood and the exhaust aperture in the valve cover.
2)Efficient self-sealing without water leakage post-air release: Upon the complete expulsion of air, water from the valve's lower part graciously enters the chamber. At this juncture, the float and the lifting hood ascend rapidly, ensuring the lifting hood seals the valve hole with precision. The exhaust valve then autonomously closes, effectively halting exhaust without a drop of leakage.
3)Subtle small hole exhaust during routine operations: Due to dynamic pressure shifts in the pipeline, air dissolved in water gradually emerges and accumulates in the exhaust valve's chamber at the pipe's zenith. This forms a pressurized airbag within the valve. As this airbag expands, the water level inside diminishes until buoyancy no longer supports the float, causing it to gracefully descend and open the small exhaust port at the top. This triggers an automatic small hole exhaust cycle. Once the gas is vented, the airbag dissipates, the water level rebounds, the float rises anew, and the small exhaust port shuts, enabling a seamless intermittent automatic small hole exhaust process.
4)Automatic air intake to disrupt vacuum conditions: When a vacuum arises within the pipe, the float and the lifting hood swiftly descend in unison, inviting abundant air inflow, effectively breaking the internal vacuum and guaranteeing the pipeline network's robust safety.
