The HA007-4X-10/16Q Type Gas and Liquid-Driven Angle Type Drain (Sludge) Valve is a marvel of engineering designed for precision and performance. Its impressive large opening height exceeds DN2, facilitating unobstructed drainage and enabling automatic flushing post-drainage. 3. Operating Principle
The control mechanism is expertly managed by an electromagnetic valve that guides the piston's movements in the dual control chambers through an intuitive control circuit. Driven by either compressed air or pressurized clean water, this system allows for an adjustable operating pressure ranging from 0.2 MPa to 1.0 MPa, offering versatile and customizable control.
The fundamental overview of the control principle is as follows:
In its default, de-energized state, the electromagnetic valve ensures the drain valve remains securely closed. During this phase, the upper control chamber of the valve piston is connected to the pressure source and isolated from the atmosphere, while the lower chamber is linked to the atmosphere. Conversely, when the electromagnetic valve is energized, the drain valve transitions to an open state. Consequently, the lower chamber connects to the pressure source while isolating from the atmosphere, and the upper chamber connects to the atmosphere.
A sophisticated two-position five-way solenoid valve enables the control of a group of drain valves. Utilizing compressed air as the driving force, this system provides the capability to simultaneously manage multiple drain valves, ensuring efficiency and control.
4.Installation and Debugging
For seamless installation, refer to the provided diagram. Ensure that the valve body does not bear the pipeline's weight. It is recommended to install a gate valve of matching specifications at the drain valve's inlet to facilitate maintenance activities.
Post-installation, thorough debugging is imperative. Throughout debugging, verify that all pipeline installations are executed precisely and without leaks. During the operational test, confirm the drain valve's performance: it should be fully closed and leak-free when de-energized, and fully open when energized, ensuring optimal functionality.
5.Maintenance and Care.
As long as artificial damage and freezing are avoided, this valve requires minimal maintenance. Should disassembly and maintenance be necessary, simply loosen the fastening bolts between the cylinder and valve body. With the assistance of the lifting screw holes on the cylinder flange, the cylinder and valve body can be efficiently lifted for component maintenance.
During routine checks, ensure the piston's lubrication is inspected regularly. A small amount of clean lubricating oil on the piston's friction surface is recommended to maintain smooth operation and prolong its service life.
