Product Description

1.Product Overview
       The CARX Compound Air Release Valve has a cylindrical valve body, and its internal components include a stainless steel float ball, lever, and valve disc. This valve is installed at the pump outlet or in the distribution pipeline to eliminate accumulated air in the pipeline, improving the efficiency of the pipeline and water pump. In the event of negative pressure within the pipe, the valve quickly draws in external air to prevent damage to the pipeline due to negative pressure. When water begins to flow into the pipe, the valve disc is in the open position, allowing for substantial air release. Once the air is expelled, the valve fills with water, causing the float ball to rise and close the valve disc, stopping the air release. During normal water transport in the pipe, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a certain extent, the water level inside the valve drops, and the air is expelled through small holes. When the water pump stops, and there is a flow of water or negative pressure in the pipe, the plug quickly opens to intake air, ensuring the safety of the pipeline. Medium temperature: 0~80ºC
