3. How to Use
The use method structure features a slanted, dark lift design. It is composed of essential components including the valve body, valve cover,valve plug, hand wheel, digital display, locking device, and a test valve. This novel structure offersflexible operation, outstanding sealing properties, and its usage is outlined as follows:
A digital display window integrates seamlessly with the valve's handwheel. Align the dial's numeral with the display window to reveal the decimal number per rotation. The circular disk on the handwheel functions as the dial, with dual side-by-side display windows indicating the number of open cycles. Taking the DN50 valveas an example, when the digital display shows 1, it implies the dial's number 0 reads as 2 full circles. Fully closed is achieved when the 0 on the dial aligns perfectly with 0 in the display window. valve is fully closed.
For added security, when the valve needs to be locked, simply insert the specialized key into the side bolt and secure it by turning clockwise; to unlock, turn it counterclockwise.
The compact valves situated at both the inlet and outlet ends of the valve facilitate easy connection for testing equipment.
4. Features and Settings

A larger opening equates to a more substantial flow, while a smaller opening corresponds to reduced flow. This characteristic is particularly advantageous for engineers requiring stable flow regulation. The equal percentage valve aligns perfectly with industry standards, allowing for precise flow rate settings. In contrast, a linear valve with fast opening valve does not support this function. Despite changes, it's possible to ascertain the variation, achieving an optimal state.
To initially set the balance valve based on a specified pressure difference (preset at 2.3 turns open), follow these steps:
1) Begin by fully closing the valve (refer to Figure 1).
2) Proceed to open the valve to 2.3 turns (see Figure 2).
3) Utilize a hex wrench to secure the side locking device by turning it clockwise.
4) Your valve setting is now complete.
How to check the preset value: Begin by first closing the valve, and then carefully turn the handwheel all the way until it comes to a complete stop. Turn the handwheel fully once more until it halts. At this precise moment, the reading displayed is your preset value (in this scenario, it is 2.3 cycles, as illustrated in Figure 2).

7.Installation
1) Prior to and after setting up the static balancing valve, ensure that the branch pipe section extends adequately to support the rated flow output;
2) Verify the installation position of the static balance valve against the schematic. It is highly recommended to place the static balance valve on the return line of the HVAC system for optimal performance.
3) Prior to installation, thoroughly clean the static balance valve to prevent any residue such as welding slag, branches, or stones from being left in the pipeline, as they can impair the valve.
4) Ensure that welding of the static pipe flange avoids excessive deformation, and check that the welding angle maintains the flatness of the sealing surface.
5) Once the static balance valve is set up, the valve should be opened completely to allow for repeated flushing of pipelines until completely dry. Avoid closing the valve frequently during flushing to prevent any potential damage.
