2.The working principle
       This silent check valve is mainly composed of a valve body, valve disc, guide fluid, spring, etc. The valve body is made of gray cast iron (HT250), and the valve disc and guide fluid are made of copper alloy (H62). Its working principle is as follows:
      When there is no medium flowing through the valve body, the valve disc remains in the closed position under the action of spring force. The opening, closing, and the degree of opening of the valve disc are mainly determined by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the valve.
      If the pressure at the inlet is greater than the sum of the outlet pressure and the spring force, the valve disc opens. As long as there is a pressure difference, the valve disc remains in the open position, and the size of the pressure difference determines the degree of opening of the valve disc. If the sum of the outlet pressure and the spring force is greater than the pressure at the inlet, the valve disc closes and remains closed. Due to the dynamic force balance system governing the opening and closing of the valve disc, it operates smoothly, with no noise, and is less prone to safety issues even with changes in the pressure of the medium at the inlet.

       This silent check valve is mainly suitable for water supply, drainage systems, fire pipeline systems, agricultural irrigation systems, etc. The valve is installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent backflow of the medium, which could result in destructive water hammer. It serves to protect the water pump and other equipment in the pipeline. The main performance characteristics of this valve are as follows:
       The internal water passage of the valve body adopts a streamlined design, resulting in minimal head loss.
The valve disc has a short closing stroke, enabling rapid closure of the valve. The operation is balanced, without vibration or noise, ensuring safety and minimal chances of malfunctions.
       The structure is rational, ensuring excellent sealing performance. It is also wear-resistant, resulting in a long service life.
