3. How to use
The operational structure of this valve adopts a slash, dark lift design. The digital display window, ingeniously placed on the valve's handwheel, aligns the dial's number with the display window, providing a decimal reading for each rotation (the circular disk on the handwheel acts as the dial). The display showcases two windows side by side, indicating the number of turns required to open. For instance, with a DN50 valve,when the display reads 1, this equates to 2 full rotations corresponding to the dial's number 0. When the dial's 0 aligns with the display's 0, the valve is confirmed to be fully closed.
When securing the valve, insert the special key into the side bolt. Turning it clockwise securely locks the system; a counterclockwise twist will open it again.
The small-sized valves strategically placed at both the inlet and outlet of the valve are designated for tester connections, offering maximum utility.

For initial setup, the balance valve should be adjusted according to the specified pressure difference (preset to a 2.3 turn opening) as follows:
1) Begin by fully closing the valve as shown in Figure 1.
2) Next, open the valve to the 2.3 turn mark, as illustrated in Figure 2.
3) With a hex wrench, secure the side locking device by turning it clockwise.
4) Your valve setting is now complete, ready for efficient operation.

7. Installation - A Guide to Seamless Setup
1) Before and after the installation of the static balancing valve, ensure the insertion of a branch pipe section of sufficient length. This essential step is crucial to maintain the rated flow output, ensuring optimal performance;
2) The precise installation position of the static balance valve should be meticulously verified against the schematic drawing. It is highly recommended to position the static balance valve strategically on the HVAC system's return pipe for enhanced efficiency.
3) Prior to its installation, the static balance valve must be thoroughly cleaned. It is imperative to ensure no welding slag, fragments, stones, or any debris remain within the pipeline, as these can cause significant damage to the valve;
4) During the welding process of the static pipe flange, care must be taken to prevent excessive deformation. Additionally, ensure that the welding angle does not compromise the flatness of the sealing surface;
5) Once the static balance valve is securely installed, the valve should be completely opened. This allows the pipelines to be flushed thoroughly and repeatedly until they are dry. To prevent potential damage, it is strictly forbidden to close the valve repeatedly during this flushing process.
