Outdoor fire hydrants are an integral part of urban firefighting networks, supplying water to firefighting vehicles and pumps to extinguish fires. They are suitable for municipal, corporate, building, airport, dock, petroleum, chemical, and other public facilities.
Above-ground fire hydrants are typically installed along the sides of roads, positioned higher than the road surface for convenient access, and are suitable for regions with higher temperatures.

This product is based on ordinary fire hydrants and has improved its key parts, making it have three characteristics that are different from ordinary fire hydrants:
1.Innovative Design: Strictly adhering to the national standard GB4452-2011, with independently innovative design.
2.Anti-collision Function: The connection between the long pipe and the middle section features an easily breakable structure. When the fire hydrant is impacted, the energy is transferred to the connection area. The easily breakable bolts absorb the energy and break, providing protection to prevent damage to other parts of the product. Since the valve opening and closing device is located inside the middle section, the breakage of the long pipe does not result in significant loss of water resources from the pipeline network. Repairing only requires replacing the easily breakable bolts, making it convenient, time-saving, labor-saving, and preventing wastage of water resources.
3.Pressure Adjustment and Stabilization Function: The outlet pressure can be adjusted using a surface-mounted wrench. When the water inlet pressure of the fire hydrant is at 1.2 MPa, the outlet pressure can be adjusted between 0.3-1.0 MPa, meeting different pressure requirements for use.
Installation and maintenance
The fire hydrant should be installed with the middle section and above exposed above the ground for ease of use and maintenance. It should be placed in a conspicuous location without affecting traffic conditions, and its main outlet should face the road.
Before installation, sediment and impurities must be removed from the pipeline to avoid damage to the valve disc during product use.
The fire hydrants are installed around urban roads where pedestrian traffic is heavy. It is recommended to enhance product inspection and maintenance (ideally monthly) to ensure their proper functioning.
Precautions:Inspect the product parts for damage or loss, and ensure the sealing gasket is intact. Open the fire hydrant and check if the water pressure is normal. After closing, inspect for any signs of leakage or seepage.
Damaged, lost, or aging parts should be replaced promptly, and any paint peeling should be repaired promptly.
