Features
1. The Valve is piston type which is slider-crank mechanism. And the closing of the structure is cylindrical or conical piston. The piston could be axial movement along the center of the pipe guided by rails. So that to change the area of fluid. It will change the pressure and flow to purpose of control. The connecting is flange, the size and the length of flange is meeting the requirements of DIN.
2.The control valve is composed of main components such as valve body, piston, crank, connecting rod, energy dissipation device, valve stem, shaft sleeve, valve seat, sealing ring and so on.
3. The valve is streamlined axisymmetric flow channel. The fluid will be guided without turbulence and will reduce the noise and vibration of the valve significantly.
4. Such valve has excellent linear regulation performance, so that the control system regulate the valves by the feedback of outlet pressure transmitter to maintain the water pressure constanted.
5. The control valve has reliable sealing performance so there is no leakage when shut off. The valve is working without jam and vibration to make sure the safety of the equiment. The valves could work in silt and small particles because of the anti-blocking ability.
6. The valve is drived by waterproof electric device. The device designed in mechatronics including a motor, a reduction worm gear, a mechanical limit adjustment mechanism, a torque control mechanism, a stroke control mechanism, an opening indicating mechanism and a manual electric conversion device. It configure on-site operation control box.
7. The safety: overload protection, stroke protection, manual/electric switching, opening position indicating, the open and close contact.
