3. How to Use
Embrace the cutting-edge design of our Hydraulic Control Valve Series, utilizing an innovative slash and dark lift structure. This advanced configuration is meticulously crafted from valve body, valve cover,valve plug, a user-friendly hand wheel, a precise digital display, a secure locking device, and a reliable test valve. With its novel structure,flexible operation, and excellent sealing capabilities, its usage method is elegantly simple:
The intuitive digital display window of the valve is strategically positioned on the handwheel. Each circle of the dial offers a decimal number, clearly visible in the digital display window. Featuring dual side-by-side displays, it shows the number of turns for opening. For example, in a DN50 valve, when the digital display shows 1, the number 0 on the dial corresponds to 2 complete rotations; aligning the 0 on the dial with the 0 in the display indicates the valve is fully closed.
To ensure security, when the valve is locked, insert the special key into the bolt on the side, turning it clockwise to secure; counterclockwise to unlock.
The strategically placed small valves at both ends of the valve inlet and outlet facilitate tester connections, enhancing functionality.
4. Features and Settings
The illustration above showcases the flow characteristic curve of the valve. Our company's innovation, the valve with an equal percentage characteristic, ensures an equal rate of change in opening and flow. Characterized by large opening equating to large flow, it seamlessly meets engineering demands for greater flow. The equal percentage valve aligns perfectly with the required specifications. This feature allows precise flow rate settings labeled as white. Unlike the linear valve of the fast-opening valve , which lacks this capability, adjustments accurately reflect the desired change to achieve an ideal operational state.
To set the balance valve for the first time using the preset pressure difference (2.3 turn opening), follow these steps:
1) Ensure the valve is completely closed (refer to Figure 1).
2) Adjust the valve to open to 2.3 turns (refer to Figure 2).
3) Secure the side locking device by tightening it clockwise with a hex wrench.
4) Valve setting is complete.
Ensure your hydraulic control is perfectly tuned by checking the preset value: Begin by closing the valve,and then meticulously turn the handwheel until it reaches its limit. The reading at this juncture represents the preset value (for example, 2.3 cycles, as depicted in Figure 2).

7. Installation
1) Prior to and following the static balancing valve, it is crucial to ensure that the branch pipe section of sufficient length is in place to guarantee the rated output of the flow;
2) The precise installation position of the static balance valve must be verified in accordance with the provided drawing. It is advisable to position the static balance valve on the return pipe of the HVAC system for optimal performance.
3) Prior to installation, the static balance valve should undergo thorough cleaning. It is strictly forbidden to allow welding slag, branches, stones, or any other debris to remain in the pipeline, as this may cause irreparable harm to the valve;
4) Ensure that the welding of the static pipe flange is executed without causing excessive deformation, and that the welding angle maintains the flatness of the sealing surface;
5) Once the static balance valve is installed, it is essential that the valve remains fully open, allowing for repeated flushing of the pipelines until they are completely dry. It is of utmost importance to avoid closing the valve repeatedly during pipeline flushing to prevent any potential damage.
