3. How to Use
The innovative use method structure features a slash and dark lift design. It is meticulously composed of a valve body, valve cover,valve plug, hand wheel, digital display, locking device, and a test valve. This novel structure promisesflexible operation and excellent sealing. The usage method is outlined as follows:
The digital display window of the valve is conveniently located on the handwheel. The dial's number aligns with the digital display window, representing the decimal number for each rotation. The circular disk on the handwheel serves as the dial, featuring two side-by-side digital display windows. The number of turns shown above indicates openness, such as for a DN50 valve: if the digital display window shows 1, then 0 on the dial equates to 2 circles. Aligning the 0 on the dial with the 0 in the digital display window signifies the valve is completely closed.
When locking the valve , insert the specially designed key (locking device) into the bolt on the side and fasten it clockwise to lock. Turn counterclockwise to unlock.

To set the balance valve for the initial time using the specified pressure difference (preset 2.3 turns open), follow these steps:
1) Ensure the valve is fully closed (refer to Figure 1).
2) Adjust the valve to 2.3 turns open (refer to Figure 2).
3) Use a hex wrench to secure the side locking device by tightening it clockwise.
4) The valve setting is fully completed, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for your system.
To verify the preset value, begin by securely closing the valve and then gently turn the handwheel until it reaches its limit. Continue to turn the handwheel until it reaches its limit once more. At this juncture, the reading displayed is the preset value (2.3 cycles specifically for this example, refer to Figure 2 for clarity).

7. Installation
1) Prior to and after initiating the static balancing process, valve, it is essential to ensure that a branch pipe section of adequate length is installed. This guarantees the rated flow output is achieved seamlessly;
2) The installation location of the static balance valve must be verified according to the architectural or engineering drawings. It's highly recommended to place the static balance valve on the return pipe of the HVAC system for optimal performance.
3) Before installation, the static balance valve should be meticulously cleaned. Ensure the pipeline is free from welding slag, branches, stones, and any debris to prevent potential damage to the valve;
4) When welding the static pipe flange, ensure there is no excessive deformation. The welding angle should maintain the flatness of the sealing surface;
5) Once installed, the static balance valve should be fully opened to allow the pipelines to be flushed repeatedly until thoroughly dry.
