1.Overview
SP45F and SP15F digital locking balancing valves are an advanced type of adjustment valve offering groundbreaking digital locking functionality. They boast a sophisticated direct current valve body structure that provides superior flow characteristics, ensuring a rational and precise distribution of flow. These valves masterfully tackle the challenges of uneven temperature distribution in heating and air conditioning systems. Furthermore, they expertly adjust pressure drop and flow, significantly enhancing liquid flow in pipeline systems to achieve optimal fluid balance and remarkable energy savings.
SP45F and SP15F digital locking balancing valves are ingeniously equipped with an opening degree indicator, an opening locking device, and a precision pressure measuring valve for meticulous flow measurement. By simply installing balancing valves of precise specifications at each branch and user entrance, and securely locking them post one-time adjustment with a specialized intelligent instrument, the total water volume of the system is adeptly maintained within a reasonable range, effectively eliminating the 'large flow, small temperature difference' issue. SP45F and SP15F balancing valves are the epitome of perfection for heating systems. They can be installed on both supply and return pipes, but it is generally advisable to position them on return pipes. For high-temperature loops, prioritizing ease of adjustment, installation on return pipes is recommended. Supply (return) pipes installed with balancing valves require no additional shut-off valves.
2.Product characteristics
This valve is an exceptional balancing valve, impeccably suited for diverse liquid pipeline systems, standing as an exemplary new type of energy-saving valve. This valve features a meticulously calibrated digital display for straightforward adjustment to any desired position, with the ability to be securely locked. The valve is primarily utilized in both industrial and civil building heating pipeline systems. Addressing the prevalent hydraulic imbalances in certain pipeline systems, balancing valves offer a precise solution. They effectively adjust the pressure drop and flow rate to enhance liquid flow conditions within pipeline systems, thereby achieving the twin goals of liquid balance and energy conservation. In the renovation of dual-pipe network projects, the application of this valve continues to deliver energy savings and outstanding results.

4.Product standards
Design and manufacturing standards comply with BS7350-1990; Inspection test standard BS7350;
Flange connection standard adheres to GB/T17241.6-2008 'integral cast iron flange';
Structure length standard follows GB/T12221-05 'Metal valve structure length';
The wire connection standard is strictly GB/T7306.1-7306.2

6. The Essential Connection Dimensions
The diagram on the right illustrates the flow characteristic curve of this valve, with manufacturing done for valves boasting equal percentage characteristics. From the graph, it is evident that with an equal rate of opening change, the flow rate change remains balanced, characterized by an increased flow rate with a larger opening, and a diminished flow rate with a smaller opening. In most engineering applications where greater flow is essential, the equal percentage valve perfectly meets this demand. This unique feature allows the precise setting of desired flow rates (quick opening valves and linear valves lack this capability). Moreover, it facilitates seamless adjustments to achieve optimal performance.

9. Guidelines for Transportation and Storage
1) The valve must be protected from collisions, tipping, compression, and exposure to rain or snow during transit and storage.
2) The valve should be kept in an environment that is clean, dry, fireproof, and well-ventilated, away from corrosive gases;
3) The packaged valve should be maneuvered using pallets, ensuring careful handling, as forklifts or cranes must not have direct contact with the valve body.
4) Static balance valve in transit and storage should have the spool slightly open, and it is crucial to avoid closing.
5) Static balance valve requirement during transit and storage: the valve seat or spool may occasionally be treated with lubricating oil, and it is imperative to avoid using alcohol, gasoline, or other chemical solvents for cleaning.
10. Installation
1) Static balancing valve Before and after the valve ensure that a sufficient length of the branch pipe section is maintained to guarantee the rated flow output;
2) Confirm the installation position of the static balance valve according to the drawing. It is advisable to place the static balance valve on the HVAC system return pipe. Concurrently, verify the pipeline's water flow direction and install the static balance valve in strict adherence to the water flow arrow on the valve body.
3) Prior to installing the static balance valve, ensure the pipe is free of debris. Avoid leaving welding slag, branches, stones, and other obstructions in the pipeline to prevent damage to the valve;
4) Pipe flange welding must not cause excessive deformation, and welding angles should not compromise the flatness of the sealing surface;
5) Once the static balancing valve is fitted, fully open the valve to allow repeated flushing of the pipeline until pristine. Avoid repeatedly closing the valve during flushing to prevent any damage.
6) After thorough cleaning, operate the static balance valve multiple times, verifying that the counter reads 'zero' upon closure. Each valve is rigorously
tested before leaving the factory, ensuring the counter is at 'zero' when shut. For part replacements, reach out to Shanghai Airlines customer service.
11. Debugging and maintenance
1. Balancing valve debugging is part of system setup. For user debugging needs, contact Shanghai Airlines customer service.
2. The balance valve is designed for a lifetime of balance, typically maintenance-free under normal conditions, with no wear components;
3. After years of use, rubber sealing parts of the balance valve may exhibit wear or aging, necessitating rubber seat replacement.
4. In winter, when temperatures fall below freezing, implement anti-freezing measures to protect the valve body.
