Product Description

1.Product overview
       At present, hydraulic-control slowly-closing check valve is an advanced pipeline control device at home and abroad, mainly mounted on hydroturbine inlet of hydropower station and used as its inlet valve, or on pump outlet of pump stations (water conservancy,electric power and water supply and drainage, etc.) replacing the functions of check valve and gate valve. In working, the valve coordinates with pipeline host to reliably cut pipeline off and effectively eliminate pipeline water hammer by the preset open-close procedure, thus protecting pipeline system, as per the principal of hydraulic transient process.
2.Main characteristics
       1,It can be opened and closed as per procedures, and closed fast or slowly on grounding of preset time and angle under the conditions of normal power supply and sudden power off; Large adjustment range and good adaptation.
       2,It can eliminate destructive water hammer, avoid the failure of pump and hydraulic turbine, effectively reduce pressure fluctuation of pipeline system and guarantee the safe and reliable operation of device.
       3,The valve can replace the functions of original electric gate valve and check valve in the outlet of pump and reduce floor space and initial cost. Meanwhile, it has a much smaller flow resistance coefficient than that of check valve, with high energy-saving effect.
3.Operating principle
       When opening the valve, it is to reverse the electron magnetic valve, start oil pump, urge hydraulic oil flowing into oil cylinder via flow control valve and high-pressure rubber hose, promote piston and drive the lever contacting with it to lift the heavy hammer. Automatic pressure-keeping system will start after valve opening is in place; and the motor continues to pressurize the pressure-keeping accumulator. Oil pump will shut down after the pressure reaches the set point of high pressure. Rotate the hand wheel of flow control calve to adjust the valve opening time with the adjustment range of 10 -90s. Under the system leakage, pressure reduces to the set point of low pressure and oil pump motor automatically starts and then shuts down after reaching the set value of high pressure.
       When closing the valve, it is to reverse the electron magnetic valve, urge the pressure oil in cylinder flowing into oil tank via fast/slowly-closing throttle valve, high-pressure rubber hose and electron magnetic valve, heavy hammer falling down, lever driving butterfly plate to rotate to close valve, and rapidly cutting off most flow in c. 70% of travel previously;While slowly closing the remained flow in c. 30% of travel remaining. Fast/slowly-closing angle and buffering time in stages can be adjusted as per the actual pipeline working conditions, thus eliminating pipeline water hammer, with the fast and slow closing time of 2 - 25s and 6 - 90s. The valve can be stopped in any position with the button "STOP" in the process of opening and closing.

       1. Installation types refer to the following installation diagram ,horizontal type is preferable,and gate valve and filter can be installed before the valve to protect hydraulic-control slow ly-closing check valve and facilitate its maintenance.
       2. Enough working space shallbe leftto facilitate maintenance and repair prior to installation.
       3. Before installing,it shall check the valve and control pipelines for better and fasteners forcom plete and loose.
       4. Before installing, you should read the product instructions, check the certificate to determ ine the valve's pressure rating and other properties to meet the requirem ents of pipeline system , and,after that, correctly install the valve as per the media flow marks thereon.
       Considerations
       1. When lifting and handling during the transportation,storage and installation,be careful not to crash and damage the external control circuits and elements.
       2. When installing pipeline,it shall install automatic exhaust valve as per relevant provisions and keep the water column continuous.
       3.Sundries in pipeline shall be thoroughly cleaned out before installing, and the pipeline m ust be com pletely rinsed before passage.
       4. Valve installation must follow its media flow direction marks.
       5.A special supporterbase shall be set when the valve caliber is greater than DN 700.
       6. It shall stop using the valve in case of failure occurring when operating until finding out the reasons and eliminating them .
       7. Valve shall be installed and maintained as per the relevant specifications and requirements.
       8.For long-term storage,itshallstore in a dry room ,well protect the ends of passage with regular check,and coat anti rust grease on the exposed processing surface. Don'texpose the valve to freezing tem perature.
