2. Product Characteristics
Boasting a double disc mechanism, our valve minimizes stem unbalance force, offering a robust yet compact design perfect for heating and air conditioning water systems. It ensures a consistent pressure differential throughout the controlled system, showcasing these standout characteristics:
1) Constant controlled system pressure difference: Ensures reliability and consistency.
2) Support for internal self-regulation: Effectively negates the impact of external network pressure fluctuations on the controlled system.
3) Utilizes an advanced technology diaphragm, with zero theoretical error, capable of withstanding a pressure difference of up to 0.8 MPa.
4) Features a sophisticated stepless pressure regulation structure, allowing control pressure difference adjustments up to an impressive 25:1 ratio.
5) Functions as a self-operated flow control valve when independent adjustments are absent within the controlled system, with flow settings adjustable by:
a. Modifying and managing the pressure difference size.

6) Built-in anti-clogging feature: At maximum control pressure difference, the valve fully opens, and any debris trapped in the double valve disc is expelled under medium pressure. Simply close the ball valve at the end of the pressure guide pipe for 3-5 minutes to clear.
7) Control pressure difference precision within ±5, ensuring precise performance.
3. Working Principle of the Self-Operated Pressure Differential Control Valve
Typically located on the user inlet return water pipe, the pressure difference control valve works in tandem with the pressure guide pipe linked to the inlet water supply pipe. P1 represents water supply pressure, P2 is the internal return water pressure, and P3 is the external return water pressure.
When the pressure difference △Pi (APi-P1-P2) is set as the valve's differential pressure, the lower membrane chamber's pressure P1 is harmonized with the spring's compression deformation and P2's generated thrust, determining the flow cross-sectional area A and the fluid flow coefficient through the valve. Changes in flow rate trigger a rebalancing of these forces, altering both area A and the flow coefficient, while ensuring △Pi remains constant.
With fluid properties, pipe diameter, and flow resistance coefficient established, the single pipe resistance calculation formula simplifies to:

The formula reveals that pipeline resistance directly correlates to the square of the mass flow rate and pipeline impedance. Variations in flow rate cause upper membrane chamber pressure P2 to alter, prompting spool movement that adjusts A and the flow coefficient, stabilizing the system's total resistance within the valve, thus maintaining a steady △Pi.

7. Installation and Debugging
1) Ensure the flow direction of the medium aligns perfectly with the arrow on the valve body.
2) The pressure difference control valve must be strategically positioned on the return pipe. Connect the valve to the pressure guide pipe. The other end should be seamlessly linked to the water supply pipe. It's advisable to install a 1/2" ball valve at the water supply end of the pressure guide pipe to activate the blockage elimination feature.
3) A state-of-the-art filter should be installed on the water supply pipe before the pressure guide pipe, preventing the valve from losing its automatic adjustment capability due to impure water.
4) The water supply and return pipes before the valve should be equipped with precision pressure gauges for seamless pressure difference adjustment and control.
5) If the system flow appears excessively high or low, this may indicate debris blockages on the valve plug during pipeline component installation. By closing the 1/2" ball valve for 3-5 minutes, minor blockages may self-clear. If unresolved, disassembling the valve might be necessary to manually address and remove blockages.
6) For pressure difference adjustment: Rotate the pressure regulating valve stem counterclockwise, observing the pressure gauge as the pressure difference decreases by 0.01MPa. Incrementally increase the control pressure difference from 0.02MPa to 0.03MPa.
7) The valve operates efficiently within a pressure difference range of 0.02-0.03MPa. Should the pressure difference exceed 0.3MPa post-installation, a manual control valve should be added to the water supply pipe to mitigate pressure discrepancies between supply and return pipes at the heat inlet device. Failure to do so may cause the pressure difference valve to operate under minimal opening, potentially resulting in noise and significantly shortening the valve's durability.
