3. How to use
Use method structure adopts slash, dark lift. Composed of valve body, valve cover,valve plug, hand wheel, digital display, locking device and test valve, novel structure,flexible operation, good sealing, its use method is as follows:
The digital display window of the valve is on the handwheel, the number of the dial is aligned with the digital display window, which is the decimal number of each circle (the circular disk on the handwheel is the dial), the digital display window is 2 side by side, the number of turns shown above is open, such as DN50 valve, when the digital display window displays 1, the number 0 on the dial can be read as 2 circles; When the 0 above the dial is aligned with the 0 in the digital display window, the valve is fully closed.
When the valve is locked, insert the key (special) (locking device) into the bolt on the side and tighten it clockwise to lock; Turn counterclockwise to open.
The small valves at both ends of the valve inlet and outlet are used for connecting the tester.
4.Features and Settings
The figure on the up shows the flow characteristic curve of the valve. The valve with equal percentage characteristic produced by our company has an equal rate of change of the opening. The rate of change of the flow is equal, which is characterized by a large opening is a large flow, and the flow is small when the opening is small, and the engineering people are applied when the flow is large, and the equal percentage valve is consistent with the requirements. According to this feature, a certain flow rate can be set as white (the linear valve of the fast opening valve does not have this function) and when the need to change is, it can also know the change amount to achieve the ideal state.
The method of setting the balance valve for the first time according to the given pressure difference (preset 2.3 turn opening) is as follows:
1)Close the valve completely (see Figure 1).
2)Open the valve to 2.3 turns (see Figure 2).
3)With the hex wrench, tighten the side locking device clockwise.
4)Valve setting is complete.
How to check the preset value: Begin by securely closing the valve, and then gently rotate the handwheel until it reaches its limit. Continue turning the handwheel until it cannot go further. At this precise moment, you will obtain the preset value reading (for instance, 2.3 cycles as illustrated in Figure 2).

7. Installation
1) Prior to and following the integration of the static balancing valve, ensure that a sufficiently long branch pipe section is in place to guarantee the flow achieves its rated output capacity;
2) Verify the installation position for the static balance valve by consulting the installation drawings. It is advisable to position the static balance valve on the return pipe of the HVAC system for optimum performance.
3) Prior to installation, ensure the static balance valve is thoroughly cleaned. It is imperative to remove all welding slag, branches, stones, and other debris from the pipeline to prevent any potential damage to the valve;
4) When welding the static pipe flange, ensure the process does not cause excessive deformation and that the welding angle maintains the flatness of the sealing surface.
5) Once the static balance valve is installed, the valve should be fully opened to allow the pipelines to be flushed thoroughly until they are dry. It is strictly forbidden to repeatedly close the valve during the flushing process as this may result in damage.
