Our valve's control mechanism is ingeniously achieved via an electromagnetic valve, utilizing a control circuit that acts on the piston within the dual control chambers. Powered by either compressed air or pressurized clean water, the operating pressure P is versatile, allowing selections ranging from 0.2 MPa to 1.0 MPa.
The fundamental overview of the control principle is as follows:
In its default de-energized state, the electromagnetic valve ensures the drain valve remains closed. During this phase, the upper control chamber of the drain valve piston connects to the pressure driving source while being isolated from the atmosphere, with the lower chamber exposed to atmospheric pressure. Activating the electromagnetic valve energizes the system, prompting the drain valve to open. Here, the roles reverse: the lower control chamber connects with the pressure source, and the upper chamber links to the atmosphere.
A two-position five-way solenoid valve elevates control efficiency, enabling simultaneous management of multiple drain valves. This sophisticated system employs compressed air as the driving source, allowing synchronized operations.
4.Installation and Debugging
To ensure optimal installation, refer to the provided diagram. The valve body should remain free from the weight of the pipeline. For seamless maintenance, installing a gate valve matching the drain valve's specifications at the inlet is highly recommended.
Post-installation, it is crucial to conduct thorough debugging. This includes meticulously verifying the rationality and integrity of all pipeline installations, ensuring there are no leaks. During operational testing, confirm that the drain valve achieves a fully closed state without leaks when the electromagnetic valve is de-energized, and opens fully when energized.
5.Maintenance and Care.
As long as artificial damage and freezing are avoided, the valve demands minimal maintenance. In instances where disassembly and upkeep are necessary, simply loosen the fastening bolts connecting the cylinder and valve body.
