Product Description

General Application	Swivel Ferrules provides quick, permanent, leak-free service connections for provision f water to the consumers. It comprises a stem with an inner plug for isolation and the outlet shall be a 360° Swivel positioned at 90° to the stem. The outlet shall provide a direct connection to the service line through an interated threaded joint in the ferrule banjo.
Testing Pressure	100% tested with 0.6MPa - 0.8MPa by air.

       Gunmetal Ferrule Strap/Bronze saddle /Bronze pipe clamp with gunmetal saddle body, stainless steel bolts and EPDM O-ring. It is used for PVC pipe and other pipes.

       Our bolted saddle straps are used when the strength of the mains pipe would not otherwise support a ferrule joint. A 3" boss is provided to allow the ferrule to be fitted under pressure using a tapping machine.
Alternatively, Huhang can supply the boss already drilled to size and if necessary fit the ferrule for use on AC, Ductile Iron or PVC mains.

       The gunmetal saddle straps are supplied with stainless steel nuts and bolts together with rubber and nitrile sealing washers.
