2. Product characteristics
With a sophisticated double disc structure, this valve boasts minimal unbalance force on the valve stem. Its compact design makes it ideal for heating and air conditioning water systems, maintaining a consistent pressure difference within the controlled system. Highlighted features include:

3. Working principle of the self-operated pressure differential control valve
Typically, the pressure difference control valve is installed on the user's inlet return water pipe, with the pressure guide pipe beneath the valve connected to the inlet water supply pipe. Here, P1 represents the water supply pressure; P2 is the return water pressure within the valve; and P3 is the return water pressure outside the valve.
When the pressure difference △Pi (APi-P1-P2) of the valve is pre-set, the pressure P1 within the valve's lower membrane chamber balances with the thrust generated by P2 and the spring's compression deformation. This balance determines the flow cross-sectional area A and the flow coefficient for fluid passage through the valve. As flow rate changes, the equilibrium of these forces adjusts A and the valve's flow coefficient, while ensuring △Pi remains constant.
With predetermined fluid properties, pipe diameter, and flow resistance coefficient, the formula for single pipe resistance can be approximately expressed as:

7. Installation and Debugging
1) Ensure the flow direction of the medium aligns perfectly with the arrow direction on the valve body.
2) The pressure difference control valve must be expertly installed on the return pipe. Valve connection involves a pressure guide pipe linked to the water supply pipe. It's advisable to install a 1/2" ball valve at the water supply end of the pressure guide pipe to activate the blockage elimination feature.
3) To prevent the valve from losing its automatic adjustment capabilities due to poor water quality, a filter should be installed on the water supply pipe, prior to the pressure guide pipe.
4) It's essential to equip both the supply and return water pipes before the valve with pressure gauges to facilitate effortless adjustment and precise control of pressure differences.
5) If the system flow is discovered to be excessively high or low, debris could be obstructing the valve plug during pipeline component installation. Closing the 1/2" ball valve for 3-5 minutes might automatically resolve a light blockage. For unresolved blockages, disassembly of the valve is required for thorough checking and removal of the obstruction.
6) Control Pressure Difference Adjustment: Adjust the pressure regulating valve stem counterclockwise, observing the pressure gauge as the pressure difference reduces by 0.01MPa. This incrementally raises the control pressure difference from 0.02MPa to 0.03MPa.
7) The valve operates optimally within a working pressure difference of 0.02-0.03MPa. If post-installation the pressure difference exceeds 0.3MPa, manually install a control valve on the water supply pipe. This reduces the supply and return pressure difference at the heat inlet device; otherwise, the valve may function at a minimal opening for extended periods, causing noise and significantly shortening its service life. valve.
