Following pressure relief, this intelligent valve seamlessly returns to its closed state, with the variance between the pressure relief and closing pressure capped at no more than 20% of the set pressure.

3. Operating Principle
1)Empowered by the inherent pressure of the medium, the safety pressure relief valve achieves autonomous operation, eliminating the need for external power sources.
2)As pressurized water from the main line enters the main valve's inlet, it traverses into the pilot valve via the control pipeline. Within the pilot valve, this pressure is strategically channeled below the diaphragm, concurrently distributing to the upper control chamber of the main valve diaphragm. The interplay between the spring tension atop the pilot valve diaphragm and the opposing force beneath it, masterfully calibrates the pressure within the main valve diaphragm's upper control chamber, orchestrating the main valve disc's elegant dance of opening and closing.
3)A grand symphony unfolds as the pilot valve disc widens, diminishing the force on the upper control chamber of the main valve diaphragm, consequently amplifying the main valve's aperture. Conversely, should the inlet pressure stabilize or fall below the spring-adjusted set pressure—the main valve's opening pressure—both the pilot and main valves repose in closure, safeguarding the main pipeline's operational equilibrium at a secure pressure.
4)Upon surpassing the set pressure, the pilot valve springs into action, discharging water and reducing pressure in the upper control chamber of the main valve diaphragm. This catalyzes the opening of the main valve and alleviates pressure within the main pipeline. As equilibrium is restored—pressure dipping to or slightly beneath the reset pressure—the pilot valve's spring reverts, coaxing both the pilot and main valves back to serene closure.
