3. Operating Principle
1)Innovation meets efficiency with the safety pressure relief valve, which harnesses the medium's pressure as its driving force. This self-sufficient operation does away with external power sources, allowing for sophisticated automatic control.
2)Upon the entry of pressurized water from the main pipeline into the valve's inlet, it elegantly courses through the control pipeline into the pilot valve. Here, the pressure water smartly balances across the diaphragm's lower side and flows to the upper control chamber of the main valve diaphragm. The adjusting spring's force harmonizes with this setup, expertly modulating the pressure within the upper control chamber and controlling the main valve disc's precise opening and closing.
3)As the pilot valve disc opens wider, the force on the main valve diaphragm's upper control chamber diminishes, resulting in a greater main valve opening. Conversely, a smaller pilot valve opening maintains or reduces the main valve opening. When the main valve's inlet pressure stabilizes or drops below the spring's adjusted threshold (i.e., the main valve's opening pressure), both the pilot and main valves secure a closed position, ensuring the system operates under safe, stable conditions.
4)When the medium's pressure in the main pipeline surpasses the set threshold, the pilot valve expertly releases water, reducing the pressure in the main valve diaphragm's upper control chamber. This action triggers the main valve's opening to relieve excess pressure. As the main pipeline's pressure normalizes or slightly undercuts the set pressure (the reset point), the pilot valve's spring reverts to its original state, closing both the pilot and main valves, thus completing the safety cycle.
