3. Operating Principle
1)Harness the power of the medium itself with the safety pressure relief valve, which operates autonomously without the need for external power sources, thanks to its innovative design.
2)Once the pressurized water from the pipeline enters the main valve, it navigates to the pilot valve via the control pipeline. Within the pilot valve, the water distributes beneath the diaphragm, while also reaching the upper chamber of the main valve diaphragm. The adjusting spring on the pilot valve balances this, managing the upper control chamber pressure and facilitating the main valve disc's dynamic opening and closing.
3)A larger pilot valve disc opening reduces the upper chamber pressure, enhancing the main valve's opening; conversely, a decrease tightens control. When the inlet pressure stabilizes or is less than the spring-adjusted set pressure, the valves maintain a closed state, securing the pipeline's safe and steady operation.
4)Upon exceeding the set pressure, the pilot valve releases water, decreasing pressure in the main valve diaphragm's upper chamber, prompting the main valve to open for pressure release. Once pressure falls to or just below the set level, the pilot valve spring resets, returning both valves to their closed status, upholding the system's integrity.
