Upon achieving pressure relief, the valve automatically transitions to the closed position, with an impressive differential margin of no more than 20% of the set pressure between the relief and closing stages.

3. Operating Principle
1)Harnessing the intrinsic pressure of the medium, the safety pressure relief valve operates autonomously, necessitating no external power source and delivering efficient, automatic control.
2)Upon entry, the pressurized water from the main pipeline navigates into the pilot valve via a control pipeline. Within, it is directed to the diaphragm's underside while concurrently being channeled to the upstream control chamber of the main valve diaphragm. The adjusting spring exerts a counterbalancing force on the upper side of the pilot valve diaphragm, modulating the pressure within the main valve diaphragm’s control chamber, thus orchestrating the main valve disc’s opening and closing sequence.
3)The pilot valve disc’s degree of opening inversely affects the pressure on the main valve diaphragm's upper control chamber, thus modulating the main valve opening. When the main valve’s inlet pressure is stable or beneath the set threshold designated by the spring (the main valve's opening pressure), both the pilot and main valves remain closed, safeguarding the main pipeline's stable and secure operation.
4)Should the medium within the main pipeline surpass the configured set pressure, the pilot valve initiates water release, reducing pressure in the main valve diaphragm's upper control chamber. Consequently, the main valve activates, lowering the pressure within the pipeline. Once pressure nears or dips slightly below the set mark (reset pressure), the pilot valve spring reverts to its original state, resetting both valves to the closed position, ensuring continued safety and stability.

Set Pressure
With pinpoint accuracy, the set pressure defines the threshold at which the safety valve springs into action, specifically gauged at the main valve inlet. The deviation from the set pressure, equivalent to the main valve's opening deviation, remains tightly controlled within ±3% of the set pressure.
The pressure differential for the main valve's operational cycle peaks at 20% of the set pressure. Simply put, the opening pressure aligns with the set pressure while the closing pressure, or reset pressure, ensures the difference from the opening pressure never exceeds 20% of the set threshold.
