The HA009-4X-10/16Q Compound High-Speed Inlet and Exhaust Valve, affectionately known as the exhaust valve, is an innovative control device crafted for water supply pipelines. Perfectly suited for a multitude of water network systems, this valve boasts a 'compound' design. Ingeniously housed within a single chamber, it seamlessly delivers dual functionality across both large and small orifices for unparalleled inlet and exhaust performance.

1)Boasting a straightforward design, this valve integrates automatic inlet and exhaust systems for both large and small orifices. It is engineered for a virtually maintenance-free experience, offering long-lasting reliability.
2)With a remarkable exhaust capacity, this valve achieves exhaust speeds soaring up to one Mach (340 m/s at normal atmospheric pressure), ensuring swift and efficient operation.
3)Designed with precision, the exhaust pressure differential, or air closure pressure, exceeds 0.2 MPa. It steadfastly maintains open exhaust functionality without self-closing, even under varying pressure differentials.
4)During standard water transmission processes, the valve's small exhaust orifice autonomously releases pressure airbags that can build up inside the pipeline. This feature significantly boosts the efficiency of water transmission in high-altitude conditions.
5)Following the complete evacuation of air from the pipeline, the valve is engineered to instantly shut and resist water leakage when confronted with the high impact of pressurized water, ensuring absolute integrity and performance.

3.Operating Principle
The innovative design of the exhaust valve allows it to be strategically installed at the highest point along the pipeline's longitudinal axis. This intelligent positioning ensures that any trapped air naturally gravitates towards the exhaust valve, ready to be efficiently expelled.
1)During the crucial phase of water filling in an empty pipeline, the presence of air causes the float and lifting hood to be solely influenced by gravity, as buoyancy is absent. As a result, they gracefully descend to rest on the bottom cushion of the float hood. Under the subsequent water pressure, trapped air is swiftly and effectively released through the precisely designed window of the float hood and the strategically placed exhaust hole in the valve cover, venting the air to the atmosphere.
2)Experience seamless self-closing with zero water leakage post-exhaust. Once air is expelled, water from beneath the valve floods the valve chamber, prompting the float and lifting hood to rise with urgency. The lifting hood then seals the valve hole flawlessly, enabling the exhaust valve to automatically secure itself and halt the exhaust process without any water spillage.
3)Enjoy automatic small hole air expulsion during standard operations. As pipeline pressure fluctuates, air dissolved in the water begins to surface, gathering at the exhaust valve chamber's apex. This results in a pressurized airbag, leading to a decreased water level inside the valve. When buoyancy fails to counteract the float's weight, the float descends, activating the small exhaust port at the top. The small hole then autonomously releases air. Post-expulsion, the water level rises, the float ascends, and the small exhaust port closes, ensuring a cycle of intermittent yet automatic small hole exhaust.
4)Automatic air intake to break the vacuum: When a vacuum is created inside the pipe, the float and the lifting hood quickly fall together, allowing a large amount of air to enter, breaking the vacuum inside the pipe and ensuring the safety of the pipeline network.
