Featuring an opening digital display and a digital locking device, this valve can be intuitively adjusted to any position, complemented by a compact pressure measuring valve for precise flow measurement.
This valve is primarily utilized in industrial and civil building heating pipe network systems, offering excellent flow characteristics. It allows precise adjustment of pressure drop and flow rate, ensuring optimal flow distribution and achieving flow quantification. It effectively overcomes the challenge of uneven heating and cooling in heating (air conditioning) systems. By installing digital locking balancing valves with the right specifications at each branch and user entrance and securing them post debugging with a specialized intelligent instrument, the system's total water volume can be maintained within a reasonable range, thus addressing the issue of "large flow, small temperature difference" effectively.

3. How to Use
The use method structure showcases an innovative design with a sleek slash, featuring dark lift technology. It is composed of: Valve Body, Valve Cover,Valve Plug, a convenient hand wheel, an intuitive digital display, a secure locking device, and a reliable test Valve, characterized by a novel structure,flexible operations, excellent sealing capabilities, and its method of use is outlined as follows:
The digital display window of the Valve is strategically placed on the handwheel. Align the dial number with the digital display window to read the decimal number of each circle (the circular disk on the handwheel acts as the dial). The digital display window features two side-by-side displays; the number of turns shown above indicates openness. For instance, with a DN50 Valve, when the digital display window shows 1, the number 0 on the dial signifies 2 full circles. When the 0 on the dial is aligned perfectly with the 0 in the digital display window, the Valve is completely closed for absolute security.
For enhanced safety, when the Valve is locked, simply insert the specialized key into the bolt on the side and rotate clockwise to securely lock; turn counterclockwise to unlock and open.
The compact valvesat each end of the Valve inlet and outlet are designed for seamless connection to testing equipment.
4. Features and Settings
The diagram above illustrates the flow characteristic curve of the Valve. Our company's Valve with equal percentage characteristic ensures a proportional rate of change in opening. This means a larger opening results in a higher flow rate, while a smaller opening delivers a reduced flow. This feature is invaluable for engineers when high flow rates are necessary, aligning seamlessly with the requirements for equal percentage Valves . Thus, a certain flow rate can be preset as white (unlike the linear Valve with fast-opening characteristic Valve which lacks this capability), offering precise control and adaptability to achieve optimal flow conditions.
To set the balance Valve for the first time based on a predetermined pressure difference (preset to 2.3 turns opening), proceed as follows:
1) Completely close the Valve (refer to Figure 1).
2) Open the Valve to exactly 2.3 turns (see Figure 2).
3) Using a hex wrench, securely tighten the side locking device clockwise.
4) Your valve setting is now complete, ensuring optimal performance.
To verify the preset value of the valve, begin by ensuring it is completely closed. valveNext, gently rotate the handwheel until it reaches its limit. Carefully continue turning the handwheel until it meets resistance, marking the final position as the preset value. In our example, this is noted as 2.3 cycles, as illustrated in Figure 2.

7.Installation
1) Prior to and following the static balancing valve, it is crucial to ensure that a sufficiently long section of the branch pipe is properly installed to guarantee the optimal rated output of the flow;
2) The positioning of the static balance valve should be meticulously verified against the provided schematics. It is highly recommended to install the static balance valve on the return pipe of the HVAC system for optimal performance.
3) Prior to installation, the static balance valve must be thoroughly cleaned. Ensure no welding slag, branches, stones, or any other debris are present in the pipeline to prevent potential damage to the valve;
4) When welding the static pipe flange, take care to avoid excessive deformation, and ensure that the welding angle does not compromise the flatness of the sealing surface;
5) Once the static balance valve is installed, the valve should be completely opened to allow the pipelines to be flushed thoroughly and repeatedly until they are completely dry. It is imperative to avoid closing the valve repeatedly during the flushing process to prevent any damage.
