3. How to Use
The use method structure of our innovative Pneumatic Diaphragm Control Valve adopts a slashing, dark lift design. This sophisticated composition includes a valve body, valve cover,valve plug, hand wheel, a state-of-the-art digital display, secure locking device, and a test valve. With its novel structure,flexible operation, and exceptional sealing, its use method is outlined as follows:
The digital display window magnificently placed on the valve 's handwheel shows each rotation's decimal number. When the number on the dial aligns seamlessly with the display window, it signifies the circle number. For DN50 valveoperation, when '1' appears in the window, read '0' on the dial as 2 full circles; aligning '0' on both the dial and window indicates the valve is completely closed.
When locking the valve , insert the special key into the side bolt. Turn clockwise to lock and counterclockwise to unlock.
The compact valveunits at both the inlet and outlet of the valve are designated for seamless tester connectivity.
4. Features and Settings
The diagram above illustrates the flow characteristic curve of the valve. Our valve boasts an equal percentage characteristic, ensuring the opening's rate of change mirrors that of the flow. Larger openings yield larger flows, ideal for engineering applications requiring significant flow, meeting the stringent demands of the equal percentage valve . Tailor a specific flow rate as needed (unlike the linear valve of rapid opening valve which lacks this versatility), allowing for precise adjustments to attain your desired state.
To set up the balance valve for the first time, based on the specified pressure difference (preset 2.3-turn opening), follow these steps:
1) Ensure the valve is fully closed (refer to Figure 1).
2) Open the valve to precisely 2.3 turns (see Figure 2).
3) Using a hex wrench, secure the side locking device by turning it clockwise.
4) The valve setting process is now complete and ready for operation.
How to check the preset value: Begin by securely closing the valve, and then carefully turn the handwheel until resistance is felt. Continue to turn the handwheel until it reaches its end point. At this stage, the reading obtained will be the preset value. For instance, it measures 2.3 cycles in this case (refer to Figure 2 for a visual representation).

7. Installation
1) Prior to and following the static balancing valve, ensure that an adequately lengthy branch pipe section is installed to guarantee the optimal rated flow output;
2) The placement of the static balance valve should be meticulously verified against the provided technical schematics. It is highly recommended to position the static balance valve on the HVAC system's return pipe for optimal efficiency.
3) Prior to installation, the static balance valve must be thoroughly cleaned. Ensure that all welding slag, branches, stones, and other debris are completely removed from the pipeline to prevent any potential damage to the valve;
4) Ensure that the welding of the static pipe flange does not result in any excessive deformation, as this could compromise the flatness of the sealing surface;
5) Once the static balance valve is in place, the valve must be fully opened to allow the pipeline to be thoroughly flushed repeatedly until completely dry. It is crucial to avoid repeatedly closing the valve during the flushing process to prevent any potential damage.
