Masterfully controlled by an electromagnetic valve utilizing a sophisticated control circuit, the piston operates within dual control chambers. The electromagnetic valve draws its power from compressed air or pressurized clean water, offering flexibility with operating pressures selectable between 0.2 MPa and 1.0 MPa.
The fundamental overview of the control principle is as follows:
In its default state, when the electromagnetic valve is de-energized, the drain valve remains securely closed. During this time, the upper control chamber is connected to the pressure source, while the lower chamber links to the atmosphere. Conversely, when energized, the valve transitions to an open state, with the lower chamber pressurized and the upper chamber vented to the atmosphere, ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
A versatile two-position five-way solenoid valve facilitates control over a series of drain valves. With compressed air as the driving force, it allows simultaneous and efficient management of multiple valve units.
4.Installation and Debugging
Refer to the installation schematic for guidance. It's crucial that the valve body remains free of any pipeline weight. For maintenance convenience, install a gate valve of matching specification at the drain valve's inlet.
Post-installation, rigorous debugging is vital. Ensure all pipeline configurations are logical and leak-free. During operational tests, confirm that the drain valve remains completely closed when the electromagnetic valve is de-energized, and fully open when energized, maintaining an ideal, leak-free state.
5.Maintenance and Care.
As long as care is taken to avoid artificial damage and freezing conditions, routine maintenance is minimal. For disassembly, simply detach the fastening bolts between the cylinder and valve body. With two lifting screw holes on the cylinder flange, the unit can be easily lifted, allowing comprehensive access for maintenance.
During routine checks, verify that the piston's lubrication is adequate, with a light coating of clean lubricating oil enhancing its performance and longevity.
