3. Operating Principle
The sophisticated control mechanism of the Advanced Solenoid Valve is orchestrated through the electromagnetic valve, which regulates the piston within dual control chambers via a precise control circuit. The driving force behind the electromagnetic valve is sourced from either compressed air or pressurized clean water, with the operating pressure P adjustable within a range of 0.2 MPa to 1.0 MPa.
The fundamental overview of the control principle is as follows:
Upon de-energization of the electromagnetic valve, the drain valve maintains a closed position. In this state, the upper control chamber of the drain valve piston is connected to the pressure driving source and is isolated from atmospheric conditions, while the lower control chamber is vented to the atmosphere. Conversely, when the electromagnetic valve is energized, the drain valve transitions to an open position. During this phase, the lower control chamber of the drain valve piston is linked to the pressure driving source and isolated from the atmosphere, with the upper control chamber vented to the atmosphere.
A two-position five-way solenoid valve is employed to manage a cluster of drain valves concurrently. This capability, driven by compressed air, permits synchronized control of multiple drain valves, enhancing operational efficiency.
4.Installation and Debugging
Refer to the installation diagram for seamless setup. Ensure that the valve body does not bear the pipeline's weight. It is prudent to install a gate valve matching the drain valve's specifications at the inlet for optimized maintenance access.
Post-installation, diligent debugging is crucial. During this phase, verify the rationality of all pipeline setups and inspect for potential leaks. During the operational test, confirm that when the electromagnetic valve is de-energized, the drain valve remains fully closed with no leaks, and when energized, it achieves a fully open state effortlessly.
5.Maintenance and Care.
As long as undue damage and freezing conditions are avoided, the Advanced Solenoid Valve requires minimal maintenance. Should disassembly and servicing become necessary, simply loosen the fastening bolts between the cylinder and valve body. With the aid of the two lifting screw holes on the cylinder flange, the cylinder and valve body can be effortlessly lifted for comprehensive maintenance operations.
During routine inspections, ensure the piston is adequately lubricated. It is recommended to maintain a thin layer of clean lubricating oil on the piston's friction surfaces to assure smooth operation.
