This innovative valve boasts an impressive opening height greater than DN2, ensuring unrestricted drainage and automatic flushing post-drainage. 3. Operating Principle
This sophisticated system achieves control through an electromagnetic valve, using a control circuit to direct the piston within dual control chambers. The electromagnetic valve is powered by compressed air or pressurized clean water, with selectable operating pressure P ranging from 0.2 MPa to 1.0 MPa, offering flexibility across various applications.

In a de-energized state, the drain valve remains closed, with the upper control chamber connected to the pressure driving source and isolated from the atmosphere, while the lower chamber is open to the atmosphere. Upon energization, the drain valve opens, switching the lower control chamber to the pressure source and isolating it from the atmosphere, with the upper chamber exposed to the atmosphere, ensuring seamless operation.
A two-position five-way solenoid valve facilitates control over a group of drain valves, utilizing compressed air as the driving force, supporting simultaneous management of multiple valves.
4.Installation and Debugging
Refer to the installation diagram for guidance. Ensure that the valve body is not burdened by the pipeline's weight. Installing a gate valve of identical specifications at the drain valve's inlet is recommended for ease of maintenance.
Post-installation, proceed with debugging to confirm that all pipeline installations are appropriate and leak-free. During operational tests, verify that the drain valve remains fully closed without leakage when the electromagnetic valve is de-energized, and fully open when energized.
5.Maintenance and Care.
As long as artificial damage and freezing are circumvented, intensive maintenance is unnecessary. For disassembly and maintenance, simply loosen the fastening bolts between the cylinder and valve body. Utilize the cylinder flange's lifting screw holes to elevate and separate the cylinder and valve body, allowing easy access for comprehensive maintenance operations.
During routine inspections, ensure the piston's lubrication is adequate. A small amount of clean lubricating oil on its friction surface is advisable to maintain optimal performance.
