9. Transportation and Storage
1) The valves must be securely packed to prevent collisions, tip-overs, pressure, and exposure to rain or snow during transit and storage.
2) Ensure that the valves are stored in an environment that is clean, dry, fireproof, and well-ventilated, free from corrosive gases.
3) When handling packed valves, use pallets for gentle handling. Forklifts or cranes should not apply direct pressure to the valve body.
4) Static Balance Valves must be transported and stored with the spool just leaving the seat open; closing is strictly prohibited.
5) Static Balance Valves must be handled carefully during transportation and storage. If the valve seat or spool is coated with lubricating oil, avoid using alcohol, gasoline, or other chemical solvents for cleaning.
10. Installation
1) Static Balancing Valve Before and after the Valve ensure that the branch pipe section is sufficiently long to maintain the rated flow output.
2) Confirm the installation position of the static balance valve by referring to the drawing. It is recommended to install the static balance valve on the return pipe of the HVAC system. Simultaneously, verify the pipeline's water flow direction and install the static balance valve in strict accordance with the direction of the water flow arrow on the valve body.
3) Prior to installing the static balance valve, ensure the pipeline is free from debris. Avoid leaving welding slag, branches, stones, or similar debris to prevent damage to the valve;
4) Ensure that the pipe flange welding does not cause excessive deformation and that the welding angle does not compromise the sealing surface's flatness.
5) After installing the static balancing valve , fully open the valve to allow thorough pipeline flushing until it is clean. Avoid closing the valve repeatedly during flushing to prevent damage.
6) Once flushed, toggle the static balance valve on and off several times. Check that the counter reads "zero" when closed. Each valve is rigorously

11. Debugging and Maintenance
1) The debugging of the balance valve is part of the system debugging. Users should contact Shanghai Airlines customer service for assistance with debugging.
2) The Balance valve is designed for life balance, requiring no maintenance under normal conditions due to the absence of wearing parts.
3) After years of use, the rubber sealing components of the balance valve may exhibit damage or aging, necessitating rubber seat replacement.
4) When the ambient temperature falls below freezing in winter, implement anti-freezing measures to protect the valve body.
